As part of our Core Services team, the Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our diverse employee base is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Processing and maintaining payroll for various employee groups across the United States and Canada. Calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and preparing direct deposits. Updating employee records and ensuring accuracy in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Collaborating with HR, Operations, and Sales leaders to address payroll-related inquiries and ensure seamless payroll operations.
