Position Overview To support Concordia’s vision, mission and values to be an excellent community hospital/facility. To provide care/services to all patients, residents, staff and community members with compassion and respect. To demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of Unit, Concordia, and WRHA. Reporting to the Director of Facility Management and/or designate, the incumbent performs installation, testing, analysis, maintenance and repair tasks of any degree of complexity on hospital buildings and grounds, building services, building service equipment and a wide variety of departmental equipment. Responds to emergency calls throughout the facility, making repairs as required in conjunction with appropriate trades where applicable. Experience 3 years' experience in a variety of facets of maintenance of buildings, building services, building service equipment and departmental equipment. Previous experience in a health care facility would be an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete high school education, Manitoba standards required.
