The attorney will lead in gathering documents, evaluating case merits, and negotiating settlements. They will provide guidance to clients, handle medical reviews, and oversee all aspects of Personal Injury cases. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Duties:Oversee gathering necessary documents, evidence, and information for claimsCollaborate with the team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlementsEvaluate the merits of Personal Injury casesProvide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communicationHandle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessaryManage all aspects of Personal Injury casesHandle a large caseload effectivelyOpen new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discoveryDemonstrate leadership skills to build and manage a legal teamInteract with clients during their time of needDemonstrate determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases Requirements:2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar Association (active and in good standing) Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skillsFirm understanding of Florida Personal Injury lawAbility to handle a large caseloadEffective leadership skillsBilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plusTrial experience is a plus Benefits Offered:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time off401kEmployer-paid short-term disability and basic life insurance
