Do you need a flexible work schedule? We have that! Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria , is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work Part-Time , 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am. Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate six hotels across four fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. We believe in a work/life harmony that fits our employees' lifestyles. Whether that means you want to work two days or five we've got you covered. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
