With caseloads in the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, and Mira Mesa areas , y ou'll be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, high performance, and forward thinking. This position earns a starting range of $20-22 per hour, plus earn incentives of $625 each after completing two brief online trainings (a total of $1250 in extra pay before taxes)! To sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a six-month development and performance program! Future professional development opportunities include ongoing training and a unique leadership development program which leads to future pay i ncrease and promotion opportunities.
