We are NOT the typical life insurance agency. We are looking for positive individuals who want to make a difference. (Full-time and Part-time available) You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, and market our insurance products. We teach/coach you how to showcase our products to new customers, so you are empowered to help clients & families navigate their options. We’ll provide the support, training, and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. We also have LEADS, warm leads! You'll serve on the front lines! Responsibilities:• Identify new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals• Grow customer base • Market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business• Aid existing policyholders with additional options• Encourage others do the same by sharing experiences• No cold calling• Expand income potential with annual reviews• Flexible schedule, you set your own• Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Aid policyholders with claim process Qualifications:• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products & Technology• Must be authorized to work in the US• High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus• Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)• Strong communication & interpersonal skills• Entrepreneurial mindset & drive• Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options• Willingness to participate in Team training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill Compensation: $125,000 at plan About Company: Our passion is serving - both clients & teammates!
