We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an incredible real estate team. Responsibilities: • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field• Familiar with online job posting tools • Must have a college degree • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • The ability to prospect• Set daily appointments for face-to-face meetings• Build relationships• Work within a CRM system Compensation: $72,000+ at plan earnings About Company: We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA with collaboration partners across the United States.
