UX Design Manager

Description:
Hybrid on site 1 day per week near River NorthNo C2C or subvendors please. This role will report to the Sr UX Manager and will help to manage a UX team of designers and researchers. Must have strong background in UX and Research, able to mentor staff and review deliverables for quality and requirements. Responsibilities Help to manage teams across functional boundaries, including research and UX design Mentor junior team members by reviewing work and providing feedback on their work Help maintain the UX team backlog in Azure DevOps Take on high-level project work, if needed Qualifications 8+ years in user experience with 1-2 years of management of direct reports Engaging, collaborative, detail oriented, high standards for quality of work Software: working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, MS Office, MS Azure Dev Ops ( or something similar like Jira) Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills. A critical thinker with strong attention to detail. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $65 to $68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.PDN-9c0bbd90-dfb7-4c3c-a641-32352d500ad8
