Job DescriptionStaffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service position working in a professional office environment. Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of delinquent receivables. A summary of responsibilities include: * Handling inbound and outbound phone calls taking payment information, arranging payments and updating account information * Assisting with escalated calls if adjustments or credit need to be made to the account * Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: * 1+ years of customer service experience, call center experience is a plus * Excellent communication skills verbal and written * Basic to intermediate technical skills Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 an hour.
