The scalability of its products allows merchants of all sizes to add an instant arsenal of intelligent payment technology solutions to their businesses without significant development costs or infrastructure investments.ABOUT THE ROLE REPAY is looking for a Financial Analyst for our Financial Planning and Analysis Team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have great communication skills, understand financial data, and have the ability to recognize opportunities to automate manual processes. They should also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Accounting, Technology and Sales Teams to gather and properly interpret data while delivering answers and insights. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and manage the day-to-day inputs for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management level reporting. * Create and maintain KPI's and reporting packages for both operational and financial metrics. * Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets * Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations * Analyzing the business, utilizing data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. * Automate existing manual processes * Develop and support reporting processes SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or related field * 0-3 years of experience in public accounting or professional services* Financial accounting and payment processing data knowledge is preferred * Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and framing decisions with data * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company * Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive, with the desire to grow and learn * Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint * Experience with at least one business intelligence platform (Power BI, Tableau, Other) preferred* Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus WHY JOIN REPAY....
