A successful company with 25+ years in the business is currently seeking an individual for our Sales & Estimating position within the Concrete Saw Cutting and Breaking industry to join our new Southeast location in Atlanta, GA. We are the leading provider of concrete sawing and drilling services within our current territories. The successful candidate will be a determined self-starter who is highly out-going, expected to be socially-poised when interacting with clients, must have the ability to work independently and be eager to execute a high volume of personal client interactions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to position themselves within the company with great growth potential. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Train to Estimate and oversee Small to Mid-Size projects, as well as assist and learn on large scale and strategic projects. Territory management & organization: Develop and Maintain relationships with a preferred customer base; this will consist of forging customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services. Demolition, plumbing, or general construction experience of 2+ years preferred Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine requirements or to plan procedures Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports Must be able to manage manpower scheduling for projects Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project Inspect / review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes, or other regulations Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers and subcontractors Order or requisition materials and supplies Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish all work Confer with supervisory personnel, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met. Provides accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, and status Familiar with Construction Equipment Experience in and with professional construction services Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills required Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving history Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations The Company Offers: Great opportunities for career advancement, this role is open due to growth!
