Client Supervisor staffs new and existing clients, supervises the delivery of care of our participants, and addresses any concerns brought up by field workers or participants themselves. Responsibilities Staffing existing and new clients Initial visits with new clients Guide field workers of company rules and regulations when providing care for participants Document changes in client's health and living status Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's medical, social, and cultural needs Requirements Active driver's license with a clean driving record Must have a car High school diploma or GED Must be proficient in English and Spanish Must comply with State background screening Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment and who is a team player.
