Bilingual Teacher Catholic Social Services (CSS) in partnership with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has an opening in a program that provides foster care, treatment and educational services to assist unaccompanied children entering the United States. Educational services are provided on site. The agency offers paid vacation, sick time, a generous holiday schedule and medical benefits. Essential Functions: Provide educational services for children ages 5 to 17 years. Complete an initial educational assessment for each child following placement. Provide instruction in all subject areas. Provide ESL instruction to the children as part of the curriculum. Incorporate a period of physical education/activity daily. Attend required trainings. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Certification in teaching preferred. Certification in ESL. Ability to be flexible, creative and work in a diverse setting.
