Provide HR support for the Minnesota region with primary focus on the Minneapolis Aerospace Technologies location while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will directly support a 24/7 union facility and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. The Minneapolis Stinson location will be experiencing a lot of growth projected for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025. Come join an exciting, high pasted team where you will have the opportunity to own projects, experience a union environment and have multiple site exposure. We have a growing HR Community here including the Regional Great Lakes HR Leader, Functional HR and 5 Minnesota locations to learn more about. Key Responsibilities ---------------- Drive organizational effectiveness ---------------- Lead change ---------------- Manage talent ---------------- Lead employee investigations ---------------- Participate in Union relations meetings and grievance support ---------------- Build relationships and broker services ---------------- Act as a coach and confidant ---------------- Administrative support ---------------- Lead training and development U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.WE VALUE Some Human Resources experience Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
